Opening the product and hanging :

We take great care to pack your prints with the utmost protection to prevent damage during transport. When you receive your framed prints, please carefully remove the packing material.

For the best handling of the art, it's strongly recommended that you clean your hands with soap or use clean gloves.

Handling/Cleaning Canvas or Framed art :

To clean your canvas/frames, you can use a microfiber cloth for a basic dust wipe or a damp cloth with water and gentle soap (such as shampoo). If you are handling canvas, it's best to dust it using a dry, soft, and fine brush. Avoid using water, polish or cleaning sprays, as they can create moisture and potentially harm the artwork.

Tips for an extended life of your art :

Regularly dust your frames to prevent the buildup of dirt.Avoid touching with bare hands the glass surface of framed art or canvas. Although they come with a protective coating, the moisture, oil or dirt on your fingers may leave residue on the surface creating visible stain impressions which will then have to be wiped or cleaned. To preserve your art for long life, it's important to store them in a cool, dry and humid-free environment. Avoid hanging prints near sources of extreme heat or cold, such as refrigerators or air-conditioners. Warm or moist conditions can speed up the deterioration of your prints and encourage the growth of fungus, mould and insects.Make sure to keep your art away from direct sunlight to avoid impact from UV rays.
