All our orders solo art, art pairs or gallery art sets and others, will always have Free Shipping*. There are no hidden or extra charges at the time of payment.

The timeline varies based on pin code. But ideally, once you place order: production and dispatch 2-3 days including multiple quality checks (each art frame is handcrafted) and delivery 5-7 days. ( Custom orders will not follow the standard timelines)

Bigger frames may take longer to ship and process, due to additional handling and care for utmost safety.

Once an order leaves our facility it is further handled by 3rd party logistics partners like (Ekart, DTCD, Fedex, Delhivery etc..). Delivery dates may vary sometimes based on their transit times and on-ground situations. You can always contact us on WhatApp to know your ETA and raise concerns in case of delay.

Return and Cancellation:

We take great care and put in a lot of effort to ensure that your artwork is handcrafted and delivered to you in a safe and secure manner. It's important to note that each piece of artwork is made to order, which means that we begin working on it after you place your order. For this reason, we only offer returns and refunds in special circumstances (please see below for more information).

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within three hours of placing your order. After three hours, we will begin processing your order and won't be able to cancel it.

Return/Refund:

If, by chance, you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will initiate a refund or exchange. To submit a claim, please provide the following information:

Photos for proof of damage

Order number for reference

Please note that all returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging. If you cannot send in the original packaging then add a fresh layer of your own packaging to the original packaging.
